Adult-only service

Eros Studio is for adults only. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to access or use the service. You may not use it to depict anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18.

Synthetic characters

Imagery produced by the service, and the sample imagery on this website, is computer-generated. Characters are fictional adults. The service does not depict real people. The exemption statement is at 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Prohibited content

You may only use the service for lawful purposes. You may not upload, request, or generate any of the following, and you may not misuse accounts, payments, credits, or platform security controls:

• Anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18, including drawn, written, or generated depictions.
• A real person, including a celebrity or a private individual, without that person's prior written consent.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Incest, rape, sexual assault, bestiality, torture, extreme violence, blood, abuse, scat, or urination.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

Account and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, your workspaces, and the content you upload or generate. Keep your login secure and do not share access outside the tools provided by the service.

Service operation

The service may change over time. Features, limits, moderation controls, credit handling, and availability may be updated, suspended, or removed as the product evolves.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, fraud, legal risk, or security reasons. We may also remove content or restrict functionality where necessary to enforce these terms.
