These terms govern access to Eros Studio. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules and to stop using the product if you do not agree.
Adult-only service
Eros Studio is for adults only. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to access or use the service.
Lawful and permitted use
You may only use the service for lawful purposes. Do not use it to create unlawful, abusive, non-consensual, exploitative, or rights-infringing content. Do not attempt to misuse accounts, payments, credits, or platform security controls.
Account and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, your workspaces, and the content you upload or generate. Keep your login secure and do not share access outside the tools provided by the service.
Service operation
The service may change over time. Features, limits, moderation controls, credit handling, and availability may be updated, suspended, or removed as the product evolves.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, fraud, legal risk, or security reasons. We may also remove content or restrict functionality where necessary to enforce these terms.
